  • 40g pine nuts
  • 20g Macadamia nuts
  • 80g fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 50g Parmesan Cheese, shaved
  • 100g olive oil

Place all ingredients into ThermoMix mixing bowl and chop on Speed 7 for 10 seconds or until a smooth paste forms.

Storage Tips

If storing in a fridge, keep a small layer of oil on top of the pesto to prevent discoloration from occuring.
