These premium quality Australian grown Macadamia nuts are delicately coated in pure white chocolate — Simply delightful.

With a distinct pale ivory colour and high in milk solids, white chocolate is made using cocoa butter.

It makes for a perfect paring with Macadamias as it compliments the mild flavours.

Enjoy them with blueberries, blackberries or Matcha tea.

All of our chocolate covered Macadamias are smothered in smooth, quality chocolate in the hinterlands of Byron Bay.

Storage Instructions

We recommend that this product should be stored unopened at a temperature between 3-5°C.

Temperatures of under 20°C will provide a typical shelf life of 12-24 months. Temperatures of under 5°C will typically extend shelf life to 24 months or better.

Once opened, the kernel should be placed into an airtight container, otherwise the Macadamia nuts may soften with exposure to moisture and rapidly reduce their quality.
