Our premium quality Australian Macadamia honey is high in antibacterial and antimicrobial activity and is 100% pure and natural, with no additives or preservatives.

Produced by bees foraging local Australian Macadamia trees, it has a smooth texture with a distinctively nutty flavour.

Absolutely delicious when consumed on toast or crumpets, our favourite way to start the day!

Our honey is sourced directly from local growers in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. We do not use blended or imported honey in our products.

Ingredients

Raw Macadamia honey

Rich in numerous essential nutrients including B vitamins, manganese, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.

Contains at least:
100% Australian ingredients!

Storage Instructions

We recommend that this product should be stored in a tightly sealed container. Ideally kept in the dark, away from heat.

The best temperature for storing honey is between 13°C to 27°C.

To recover honey that has crystallised you will need to submerge your container in a hot water bath until it returns to a liquid state. If you live in a warm climate simply leaving the jar in a sunny location will suffice.

Macadamia is a tree nut and may be harmful to people who suffer from tree or ground nut allergens.

This product is not produced on equipment that is used for any other production purposes.
