Think about paring these with savoury snacks such as pretzels and chips, or try them with Goats cheese, Parmesan or Stilton.

The purest form of chocolate, lacking the milk and butter fat found in milk or white chocolate.

Dark chocolate has antioxidants beneficial to your health, and enhances the nutritional characters of Macadamia nuts.

All of our chocolate covered Macadamias are smothered in smooth, quality chocolate in the hinterlands of Byron Bay.

Storage Instructions

We recommend that this product should be stored unopened at a temperature between 3-5°C.

Temperatures of under 20°C will provide a typical shelf life of 12-24 months. Temperatures of under 5°C will typically extend shelf life to 24 months or better.

Once opened, the kernel should be placed into an airtight container, otherwise the Macadamia nuts may soften with exposure to moisture and rapidly reduce their quality.

Macadamia is a tree nut and may be harmful to people who suffer from tree or ground nut allergens.

This product is not produced on equipment that is used for any other production purposes.
